Mission
Since inception, our company’s goal has been to provide accommodation, one of life’s necessities, to Thai people from all walks of life. With globalization penetrating our daily life, we realize that national borders are fading and becoming increasingly diminished. As our business grows, we realize how important it is to incorporate global visitors into our future construction plans which have been expanded to include an international market. Therefore, in addition to all ongoing public construction projects, Building 33 Co., Ltd. has planned to grow into the real-estate segment of Thailand and Australia to serve international clients, regardless of nationalities and ethnic background. Our near future projects, thus, include a construction of two high-rise condominium and hotel towers in Changwattana district, Bangkok and a boutique hotel renovation and management in Sydney, Australia.
Concurrently, in retrospect, we realize that it is the first generation of our company founders who made invaluable contributions to our company’s strong growth. In comparison to the growth of our society and country, we view the elderly as a significant foundation that forms strong pillars to our nation building's process. In recognition of all senior citizens’ significance and devotion to our society, we plan to apply our company’s strength in the construction business to the needs of housing for Japanese elderly. Our future project will include a construction of a “Japan Town”, which is a bi-lateral cooperation project between Building 33 Co., Ltd. and a Japanese private corporation, with the support from both countries’ public sectors. This project will feature several phases of retirement houses and facilities for Japanese senior citizens. For centuries, Thailand and Japan have established a beautiful and friendly relationship and helped each other through a number of life threatening crises. The two countries have stood shoulder to shoulder and supported each other both in bad and good times for years. As a private corporation, Building 33 Co., Ltd. is proud to have an opportunity to apply its strength to support our longtime friends from Japan who are in need of housing with the “Japan Town” project.

As we gear towards our IPO plan in the Stock Exchanges of Thailand in late 2013, we stay committed to this core and fundamental value while striving to become a leading Thai-owned construction company that serves the Government of Thailand, Thai people, and Thailand as a whole. We aspire to maintain high standards of professionalism, and good governance during the course of our business management. We take pride in making a continuous contribution to our society, playing a vital part in the construction industry in Thailand, and leaving memorable and positive footprints in the soil.
