Building 33 Co., Ltd. is a construction and construction management company, specializing in the constructing of high-rise public skyscrapers, including hospital and university buildings in Thailand, especially Bangkok and its vicinity. The company was originally founded by Mr. Prida Sirisriro and Mr. Charn Thanasrivanichchai in 1990, when the company won its first construction project contract with Supalai Place Condominium. Since then, the company, which started out with bidding of projects worth hundreds of millions, has steadily and strongly grown into a multi-billion-Baht-business with an average annual revenue of 1.5-2 billion Thai Baht.
During year 2008, Building 33 Co., Ltd. began to expand into the real estate sector with the construction of the Laurel Suite, its first serviced apartment. The Laurel Suite mainly targets and serves visitors from abroad, including overseas professionals and executives who are relocated to Thailand. This branch of our company has been a landmark of our company's growth into the real-estate sector of Thailand.
Our company philosophy has always focused on a "win-win" strategy for all related parties. In response to our vision which is to grow firmly and strongly, starting from year 2010, Building 33 Co., Ltd. has made another bold and promising endeavor by carefully working out plans to take our company public by late 2013. Since then, the IPO process has been underway.
In year 2011, Building 33 Co., Ltd. won four governmental bids to fully engage with four public construction projects. These include 1) The Multi-purpose Buildings at Nida University Project; 2) The Faculty of Sciences, Chulalongkorn University Project; 3) The 60 Year Memorial Hall of the Faculty of Political Sciences, Chulalongkorn University Project; and 4) The Social Development and Welfare Office, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security Project.
At the outset of year 2012, the company has successfully contracted with the Government of Thailand and other public organizations on three additional projects. These include 1) The Construction of the Faculty of Engineering Building at Chulalongkorn University; 2) The Construction of the new Royal Thai Armed Forces Servicemen Houses at Kieakkai, Dusit District, Bangkok; and 3) The Residential complex D at Mahidol University, Salaya, Nakorn Prathom, Thailand.
